How can I download my pictures from my galaxy s4 cell phone on to my dell laptop

I have a dell inspiron 17R laptop and I would like to take my pictures off my cell phone and put in a new folder on my laptop.

The easiest and fastest way would be to use a usb cable and copy them to a folder on your laptop using windows explorer. Your phone should show up as a number depending on the model with two sub directories, phone and card! You can use apps to connect you through wifi and copy that way. You can even email them to yourself and download them on your laptop. I found the USB cable the fastest and least work!

There is also apps that will sync your photos with a cloud service and automatically copy your photos to your computer!

Install an app called push bullet and you will be able to send files, messages and pictures to your laptop wirelessly and quickly.
