How can I eliminate the Recently added group from contacts

I got my S9+ from T-Mobile. In the contacts list, it added a group of recently added contacts at the top. How do I get rid of that group without deleting those contacts?

Press and hold, then check each one and delete from the list.

Click the details button next to each name, once you return to the list the name will no longer be on the recently added list.

Thank you. My concern choosing Delete is the contact would be deleted from the Contacts list, not Recently Added only. Good news, doing as above mentioned does remove them from Recently Add list, yet does not remove them from ones contact list; I like it.
