How can I fix a Play Store problem?

Sir,
im facing lots problem in my gionee m2.
specially when i want to download a any app from playstore itz always showing downloading for a long time.
even i cant update any app from there.
google play services also gives problem. i cant update it also..
Therefore i went for service centre but they also failed to fix it.. what can i do?? plz help me..

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?


Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
