Access Point problem

Hi, I have a problem with my Huawei p9. When I turn my phone into an access point, I don't have access to Internet, chrome says "user is in offline mode". The other phone connected to my phone they have internet. Anyone has this or know how to resolve? Thanks

Is it all your applications or just google chrome?

Its all applications, strangely all over the internet I cant find anyone with this problem..
