How can I fix an intermittent dropout of Bluetooth?

Intermittent dropout of bluetooth

My Samsung Note 5 drops and reconnects its bluetooth pairing to my 2014 Acura MDX in a cycle every 5 minutes or so. My iPhone 5 had no bluetooth issues with this car so I suspect the Note 5 has the problem. Any thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central!

Not all devices are 100% compatible, 100% of the time, and perhaps this is the case with you Acura Vs Note 5. However....try this:

SETTINGS
DEVICE
APPLICATION MANAGER

Scroll over to All

FIND BLUETOOTH AND BLUETOOTHTEST

Clear cache on them both. Restart your phone, then reconnect and see if the problem persists.
