How can I fix my phone which stops at the logo?

My phone stopped on the lock screen after installing Google Photos. So I force restarted. Now I can only do force restarting. Even the boot menu doesn't open. How can I fix my Oppo A3s?

Did you sideload Google photos with a APK?
Volume up and power button same time dont take you to recovery?
