How can I fix net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLED on my GS6 Edge?

net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLED GS6 edge

I have had this problem for a few days now. I am trying to sign on to my works internet. I need to be able to use my phone at work. Not single in the building. It is a guest account with a Guest sign in page however the page will not load I keep getting net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLED every time the sign in page tries to load. No other phone is having this problem other androids or iPhones.

My phone is set to

IP setting - DHCP

Proxy - none

Work It says not proxy

I've tried -

Clearing Systems complete cache from the boot screen

Tried other web browsers, Internet, Chrome and Firefox.

I have tried setting IP setting as static.

It is only this network, my Wi-Fi at home and other places works just fine.

Please help????

The error is from the network - the name of the page (the URL) you're trying to get to doesn't resolve. That's either a WINS or DNS problem (depending on how the network is set up). Make sure you're spelling the name right. If you are, talk to the network admin,.

The server (WINS or DNS) is trying to find the name you're giving it and resolve it to an IP address - and can't.
