How can I fix Note 3 9005 to Lollipop 5 wifi issues?

Note 3 9005 to Lollipop 5 wifi issues

Please Help
Recently updated my Note3 9005 to Lollipop 5 and all I had is problems
1- Wifi Dropping out as soon as you move away from the router 1-meter range
2- Bluetooth issues voice not clear and connection dropping out.
3- Battery Drains Quickly
4- Generally the device sluggish
SO FAR
1. I have done a full reset,
2. cleared the cache in recovery mode
3. Took the device to Samsung Shop 50 miles away and they reloaded software and still no luck
4. disabled Mobile Data Mode
5. *#0011# advanced wifi power saver switch
Is there anything you suggest guys that might work please?
