How can I fix something like this

My Samsung Galaxy S6 won't read my fingerprint and I forgot my back up password. Trying to unlock it using gmail but my service is off and my Wi-Fi as well. Already tried those videos from YouTube where you hold all the buttons at the same time but only thing that shows up is Nocomand and it just stays like that. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! How were you getting into your phone to begin with before? When you have fingerprint security set up, the phone will still ask you for your backup password intermittently, for increased security (like when you power up from a powered off state).

Try using Samsung's Find My Mobile.

Before this happened when your phone was shut off and you turned it on how did you sign in? You can not use the finger print security when signing in from being shut down so how did you sign on?
