How can i fix the error message when i dp a system reboot

[AC Question]

I have a rooted s4 mini and it shows the "unfortunately (app) has stopped working" messages I've cleared cache and data and I've been told to do a reboot as well. I put the phone into recovery and as soon as I press reboot system then android guy pops along with Error! And the phone starts up. Any ideas as to why this is happening or how to fix it? Thank you

Also, does the original error message appear for every app or just a selected few?
