How can I fix this problem android.process.acore problem?

My mobile is Lenovo P780. Kindly anyone please help me....... I am also facing problem of showing ContactManager has stopped & the process android.process.acore has stoped at the time when i switch ON my mobile & try to unlock my mobile. It happened after downgrading my mobile. I can't access nothing part of my mobile...... So guys please help me.

I'm not familiar with your device. But have you cleared the cache yet?
A factory reset would be the last resort.
