hi,
i have asus zenfone 2 laser 5.5 phone ,when i want to receive any call then it show "unfortunately telecom service has stopped " plz help me.

Welcome to Android Central!

Try going in to your settings, applications, find the dialer app, and clear the data from it. That should reset the app and my resolve the issue.

Please also ensure to update ZenUI Dialer & Contacts, ASUS Call Screen, etc... and firmware and to latest version.

Please try booting in safe mode to eliminate if any 3rd party apps can be causing the issue

Go to Settings > Call settings > Phone ringtone > Change ring tone to any common like ring 1 or None. then try , It worked on my mobile Asus Zen2.
