How can I fix 'Unfortunately, Vision Launcher has stopped'.?

[AC Question]

'Unfortunately, Vision Launcher has stopped'.

I just won this tablet 'Hisense Sero 7LE' and as soon as I finished setting it up, a message would come up and say 'Unfortunately, Vision Launcher has stopped'. I am really confused as to why this is happening since I haven't done anything except following the prompts for setting it up. I tapped 'ok' and it would restart it and then it would crash again. I tried turning it off and on and still the same outcome.

My mum is having this exact problem.. cant find any info
