How can I get an error message from showing every five seconds?

Help me

com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly . HTC will be sent an error report with which we will improve our products.
Can someone help me this message is showing every 5 seconds ?????

Have you tried clearing cache for the Phone app in your Application Manager? Have you installed any third-party callers or call launchers recently?
