Please hold the Power+Vol UP button for at least 15 secs or till the screen goes blank. It is important to hold for that period of time to restart.

If above does not work let the battery die out, plug in to recharge and then power up.

Could you clarify this post? Do you have a replica iPhone 6 Plus running Android software, or do you have a ROM/Theme replicating iOS on your Nexus 7?
