Kies Not Connecting To S4
Hey there,
I am using an S4 with Android 4.4.2 and I am trying to connect it to my Macbook which is running OS 10.6.8. I have downloaded the latest version of Kies 3.1.0. 15042_6. I can't get Kies to recognise my S4, it just stays "connecting" with the circling status symbol. I have reinstalled the drivers, I know that the Mac is recognising part of the S4 as it shows up in the modem and network settings. I have also selected the media device option from the USB options.
Any help would be very welcome!
