How can I get my clock back to how it was?

clock wrong update

I sware I just opent some app, lastnight. But this morning my phone run wrong clock whether I turn on wiffi or not,
Any help correction???????

Check your date and time settings in the settings menu. make sure you have automatic date and time ticked and also automatic time zone.

of couse my clock run automatic, I can't even stop automatic update time.
n it don't right whether i set time zone or automatic time zone
