How can I get my CUBOT P6 to turn back on?

help! my new CUBOT P6 wont turn back on?

this morning, my new phone, CUBOT P6, was delivered. i placed in the battery and dual sim cards, along with the memory card. i plugged in the charger and it i released that the phone had no indication to whether it was charging or not. i took off the back and removed ten replaced the battery, it turned on and was working fine for around an hour. it froze, so i decided to take off the back, ever since, it has not shown any sign of working or charging. i have held down the power button every so often, yet not even a flicker of light. it has now been on charge nearly three hours since the switching off, yet still no luck.
i purchased this phone from amazon, it came all the way from China. on amazon this phone has positive reviews from all of the other customers, so i don't see a reason why mine should not be working. any kind of advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Off-brand budget devices (especially those direct from China) are more likely to have hardware or firmware defects, so this is not surprising. Regarding those positive reviews--perhaps some of them were planted there by people associated with the store or the company?

How long did you charge the phone up initially? Try keeping it plugged into a wall outlet for at least 4-6 hours undisturbed. Now try again. If it doesn't work, then the likely problems are either a defective battery or a defective phone. Either way, you should contact Amazon or the seller on Amazon and request a refund or exchange.

you are not alone my friend the cubot x 10 has the same issue
it would appear cubut has a major fault in heir phone .

the last time i left it on the charger for 24 hours and miracuisly it turned back on
and now again the same issue .


I have noticed never let the phone go dead charge by about 3 percent
although I like you feel this is not good enough

cubut needs to get this sorted right.

I keep looking for answers online in you tube.
