Android Central Question

My Galaxy j2 #reboot recovery cause is [unknown]

I have a Galax S7 edge that I failed to root. Well I actually installed magisk on it then later reset it. Afterwards it was forever caught in a bootloop. I've tried everything and a hard reset has also failed to fix it. Entering recovery mode it says that #failed to open recovery cause no such file or directory exists...I can't apply updates via sd card or adb as it says updates from external storage is disabled
Can anyone please help me? This is blowing my mind and I will pay for help
Thanks

I don't think payment will be required. Well at least not around here. Since you were trying to root and now you're trying to recover from a failed root, I would suggest that you take your question to the root people over at XDA Developers Forum. They are all about root, ROMs and modded devices. You should create an account there and post this question. I would imagine that someone already has an answer. As you can see in this thread we tried to get more information from OP but they never replied but had they replied that they were trying to root we would have given them the same advice.

Best wishes
