How can I get my Google + Photos to delete pics?

Google + Photos wont delete pics

I use Google + Photos on my Galaxy S5, but when I delete a picture, it comes back the next day even though it says it's "permanently deleted". Can someone please help me with this? I love the Photos app, but if this continues to be a problem I wont continue using it.

Yeah having this problem too so would really like to know how to fix it. I want to keep auto backup on but permanently delete photos I don't want, you (well I do) just end up with multiples and blurry photos that you cant delete. I have an LG G3 running 5.0

Edit: Just logged into my Google photos on PC and all the photos I have deleted are gone so they are only visible on my phone

I just got the new Google photos app, and still having this problem. Google won't seem to acknowledge that there is a problem with this.
