How can I get my Kies 3 started?

My kies 3 is not starting

I am using galaxy grand 2 and i have downloaded kies 3. but it does not start.

Have you installed the drivers and gone through the installation process for Kies? If you did, then I would suggest uninstalling everything then try a fresh reinstall. Also, make sure you meet the minimum computer requirements.
