how can I get my LG headphones volume up with galaxy note 8?

[Android Central Question]

My LG headphones work just fine with every other device I own. Apple i phone, Acer Laptop, Kindle Fire 7, but NOT WITH MY GALAXY NOTE 8!!!
I can hardly hear anything at full volume. I have tried every fix I can find on line and nothing seems to affect the volume, i.e. it's non-existent.
HELP!

Welcome to Android Central! Which LG headphones? Are these wired or Bluetooth?
