How can I get my mobile data working in CM 12?

Mobile data is not working in CM 12

As I am using one plus one with latest update CM12 and I am facing problem in mobile data connectivity. I have faced same issue perilously but that time I have reboot the mobile after that it will be ok. But again same issue I am facing in this mobile.

Calls incoming and out going is ok only problem in mobile data.

I have checked same SIM card in another mobile but in that there is no issue in mobile data connectivity

So kindly tell me what I have to do with this issue.
Is there any updates for that issue or again I have to reboot my mobile.......???????

Have you checked in settings>mobile networks>access point names (APN) and verified that they are correct for your carrier? Note: if you modify the APN you need to reboot before it takes effect.
