Android Central Question

I can access my floodlight camera while I am home connected to wifi but I cannot access it while I am away until after the fact and the footage has been stored. I cannot access live feed nor talk to anyone. It will say " unfortunately, Ring has stopped" I can either REPORT or OK ( and boy have i reported a few times. what good is this security camera if I cannot view unless I am sitting in my own house on wifi Kind of defeats the purpose

Welcome to Android Central! What version of Android is the phone running? Have you already tried clearing the cache/data for the Ring app?

What about the Android version the phone is running? The Note 3 is pretty old, so it's possible the Ring app isn't entirely compatible.

It's supposed to be compatible with that version. There might be some other app you installed that's causing the instability, but unfortunately, the only way to test would be to uninstall apps one by one.
