How can I get my phone to start?

my phone wont start

i own a micromax BOLT A065
it just started looping on boot(sort of)
like i started the phone and the micromax logo appeared and after that bolt logo came and nothing happens .....it jus keeps showin the same screen
any fixes

In what condition is the battery? Are you able to try a new one, or at least, one that you know to be good?
