How can I get my rear camera working?

The rear camera is not working

Hello friends. I have a Gsmart Akta A4. Everything was all right until a few days ago
that the app for taking photos don't show the icon for switching cameras. I see only
the face camera, for selfies you know. The flash not working too. I mean the app for
lens.
How can i fix this problem?

Hello, welcome to the forums! You could try a couple of things. First just power your phone off wait a little bit and back on. Sometimes things got stuck and a simple reboot does the trick. If the problem persist go to your settings - apps - find the camera and clear cache. Another possibility could be downloading a different camera app from the Play Store and check if this makes any difference. Tell us how it goes.

Sometimes some app using the camera holds it and does not allow any other app to use it. Try to reboot and identify if there is any app that cause the issue..
