How can I get my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo Dropbox to sync simultaneously with DocumentSync?

Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo Dropbox sync with DocumentSync issue

When a file is added/ edited in Dropbox, DocumentSync folder gets synchronised after a delay of about 1 hour and when a file is added/ edited in DocumentSync folder, Dropbox does not synchronise. Is there any setting to ensure synchronisation both ways.
