How can I get my touch screen working properly again?

My touch screen not working as good

When I'm playing a game on my tablet the button s on the screen don't work when I press them

What device do you have?

Also, has this always been a problem? I would suggest a factory reset and see if that helps. Be sure to backup your data before you reset.
