How can I get rid of a mm qcamera daemon for good?

mm qcamera daemon again

Hi
My Samsung S5 duos battery is draining very fast due to mm qcamera daemon and also it is heating up badly. OS is 4.4.2.
Tried un installing Skype and viber. Tried factory reset , clearing catche too. All well for a couple of days but the problem is back again after that. Can anyone please suggest help.

Me too same annoying issue. I have a s5 SM900fd dual sim, UAE version. I was hoping that the release of android 5.0 lollipop could solve the issue, but I am waiting for months the release of lollipop for the S5 duos version....
I cannot understand how a company like Samsung can let down so many of his customers, not solving a so big issue for his flagship phone!
If somebody knows what is going on with this issue, please post.
