How can I get rid of an error message I keep getting?

my process system isnt working

I also keep getting the following message: unfortunately,com.sec.android.app.launcher has stopped... this has happened since I installed the first software upgrade a while ago.. I have tried everything but I am now at a loss. I havnt had any further software upgrades since this was done.. my tab is unusable, it wont stay connected to wifi and I keep getting unfortunately email has stopped. can anyone please help..
