How can I get rid of the pre loaded flipboard screen on a GS6 Edge?

is there anyway to get rid of the flipboard briefing sceen? I deleted the app

Are you sure you deleted the app, you can't disable it? If you have an international device you might be able to root, but deleting the app is not the best thing and freezing is the best thing to do. That said you can turn off activating the Flipboard which no one uses but thats about it.

Long press the home screen and slide to the right and click on the check mark above the flipboard screen. Gone.
