How can I get rid of these little round icons appearing on my phone?

There is two round icone appearing on my phone. One is a hangman round icon, and the other is a moth round icon. I want to get rid of them, but have no idea what is causing them and no idea on how to get rid of them.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have any app by Cheetah Mobile, like Clean Master, installed in your phone? That CM launcher ad looks suspicious.
