How can I get rid of two errors on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2?

[AC Question]

hi.today 2 errors appear on my samsung galaxy note 2

the errors are : "unfortunately,logsProvider has stopped" and "unfortunately,the process.android.process.acore has stopped "
there is ok button under the errors when I press ok they disappear and appear again immediately and it doesn't anything else.
tell me what happened and the way that I can tackle the problem
