How can I get the sound back on my A5 2017?

I've got this new A5 2017 and sometimes it just stops making sounds at all. No ringtones, music, notification souns, video, nothing. Usually music slide bars don't move and videos don't show any visual movements either, but sometimes the problem is with the sound only. I've tried inserting/removing headphones, but the problem persists either way. Restarting the phone works, but I'm tired of doing it all the time. Can someone help me?

Update: The first time it happened today, nothing was working; neither sounds, nor videos, not even slide bars. On the second time, only sound weren't working, slide bars and videos were ok (but without sound, of course). Now it happened for the third time, and whenever I tried to play something an error message appeared, such as "failed to play track", "content not available" or "unable to play video". It's starting to drive me up the wall. Any help would be appreciated.

I am somewhat in the same boat as you. I too have a A5 2107 and I ma having problems as well with certain sounds not working (keyboard, camera shutter, when plugging in to charge etc). Hopefully someone can help you soon, it's frustrating having a brand new phone that's not working properly.
