NORMAL REBOOT DOESNT WORK AND KEEP RESETTING AFTER THE INITIAL SAMSUNG WELCOME PAGE keeps rebooting Right after the first screen switches to the updating screen. I CAN ACCESS THE "WARNING SCREEN TO DOWNLOAD A CUSTOM OS"SO HOW DO I FIND A os to download and what steps do i take?

The custom OS screen is where you would use Odin to install any OS, even the stock one. You can try reinstalling the stock ROM, to see if you can get back up and running.
