How can I keep my menu buttons (back, home, and recent) lit at all times.

I have just purchased an Alcatel Pixi 5.5" A621BL phone with Android Lollipop, and whereas the ZTE Jellybean phone I did have had the option to click the "Touch Key Light Duration" in the "Display" section of Settings, this phone does not.

I found an app called galaxy touch buttons that lets you decide how long to leave them on... But I'm on a galaxy s5 neo

I'd like the previous behavior though where they were on with screen taps too, not just button taps.
