how can I mirror smart phone to smart TV without WiFi?

I have Sony xperia and bravia TV no wifi but Internet via my phone. I also have chromecast. Is it possible?

You might want to look at a DLNA device to push the video images to the screen, but you could just add a wifi router and use your phones internet connection to bring the video, etc. to the phone and send it over wifi to the chromecast.

Or a cheap wifi router - Chromecast will need an internet connection to set up (and download the latest update), but that can be done elsewhere. After that you can use it with any cheap wifi router. (As long as it's a supported device - the Z2 and Z3 lines are the only ones listed at the moment, but more keep getting added.)

Unlike DLNA, Chromecast is wireless, invisible in most installations, and just requires running a little free app (Chromecast) to mirror the entire screen to the TV. (Although it looks weird in portrait mode on a 16:9 TV.) I'll never go back to wired.

No. But try using portable wifi hotspot from the phone as the WiFi. Might work
