how can I prevent the presentation of duplicate contacts in the phone app
Hello everyone,
we have purchased new smartphones (CAT S40) for our technicians.
the technicians have differents question to the device or android.
Most we could solve from in experience.
In phone (Contacts app) are multiple contacts from different sources (SIM, phone yourself and Exchange). Initially, the Exchange contacts displayed twice. I then found out that the Exchange contacts are also copied to the phone's group of "colleagues".
By disabling this group, the contacts are no longer displayed twice.
If we now have the "phone app" goes into the contacts, the contacts are shown twice. How to adjust it that the Exchange contacts will not appear twice? In the settings I have found nothing.
The phone is Android 5.1 on it and additionally the latest updates.
