My fon is security protection locked. I may have forgotten my privacy protection pin number and could have enter a wrong pin and the fon got lock. During the time of setting up I was asked to register two alternative fon numbers thru which text messages maybe sent if my fon gets accidently locked. The numbers in my dual sim Galaxy S9 plus that got locked are [removed] carrier is Digicel PNG and the other is [removed] carrier is Bmobile-vodafone PNG. I sent a text to those locked numbers using those alternative numbers and all replies are in Chinese and can't make head or tail out of those replies. How can I recover my old pin or not how can I change my security pin. The fon is locked and all it says is 'please enter the security protection password to unlock the phone'. I can't even retrieve my imei number. Can you please help me unlock my fon and change my pin or password, whichever is causing the problem.
