Can't remove a blue app circle

My wife has this blue circle that follows any page, app or any window that opens up on her phone. It is blue with 4 white circles and I just can not get rid of it. I have tried holding it to remove it and all I can do is move it all over the screen. you tap the circle and it gives you 4 pages of options (Recent apps, Home Screen, Back, Open Notifications are just the ones on page one.). How do I remove this thing? If you go under settings then device you will see an orange circle with 4 white squares next to applications. This is how the random circle looks on my wife's screen except blue of coarse.

Re: Can't remove a blue app circle

I had the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. The floating blue circle/dot is the "Assistant Menu". To turn it off go into "Settings". Under the "Personal" section click on "Accessibility", then "Dexterity and interaction", then "Assistant menu". At the top of the "Assistant menu" window turn the switch to "off. The blue dot should then disappear.

Thank you so much, that blue circle was making me crazy!

I am not kidding, I spent hours searching for a solution to seeing three floating app icons. Pink, green, blue. Non of the above posts fixed it. Then I went to check the wallpaper to see if I could hide them. And what I found was funny. The wallpaper had the three app icons. It was on the wallpaper. Grrrrr!!!!!

Re: Can't remove a blue app circle

Hi. I have a Sansung 20G56. There is no setting "Settings" called "Personal" so I can't go any further with that idea. I also don't have an app called "Toolbox" either. Any other suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, can you clarify which Samsung model you have? There's no model name or number "20G56." Is this a Galaxy S20?

Sorry! I meant Samsung Note10g. That's what I get for not looking it up on my phone! Been reading too many reviews today.
