How can I remove "Emergency Calling" from lock screen?

I have an AT&T Skyrocket, and a 3yr old that has called 911 twice. How can I remove it from the lock screen?

I don't think you can as I believe it is a law it needs to be there. Perhaps by rooting there is a way?

I'm reading that MagicLocker can remove the emergency call button from the lockscreen.
