What phone do you have? UFO it has a lot of tear down videos that shows you how to replace it. Keep in mind that although the panel, not the screen is broken, it's easier to replace the whole thing since separating the two are difficult.

Your best bet is to look up how to replace (phone name) screen or take it down to a phone repair store and have them replace it
