How can I reset a tablet that doesn't let me reach the Boot menu?

Hiya, I've got a Crown tablet (CR9A13-QD) which won't launch its boot menu, regardless of pressing Vol + and power, or vice versa.

What can I do? Debugging is off too.

I've also forgotten the pattern, and cannot reset it. help!
