How can i reset my Forgotten Backup password ?

I I have a Galaxy S6 Edge Android phone and I do not have it password protected I have swipe to unlock I added the email from work Outlook email it asked me for a fingerprint or backup password to confirm I don't remember ever setting up a fingerprint or backup password how can I reset this or clear it to gain access to my work email no other feature or app is asking for this

Welcome to Android Central. Corporate email is usually protected. Did your work IS&T department install an app for you? If not, then you most likely need to discuss your access and see if your device is approved for their system.

They told me to add one drive and outlook so they can reach me on weekends
