How can I restart my tablet without loosing the data?

Restarting the tablet without loosing the data.

I have a tab 2 7.0 GT P3100. Its stuck on the boot loop and it is not rooted. Is there anyway to start the tab WITHOUT loosing the data. Coz if I choose Factory reset the entire data will be lost including my contacts videos, photos, messages, whats app messages, etc. And what can happen if I choose "Wipe cache partition". Would very humbly like to Thank You in Advance for the kind help.

Welcome to Android Central! Wiping the cache partition is what I'd suggest. The system cache partition only contains temporary system data--no personal data.
