Welcome to Android Central! If you had to do a factory reset, and you had Google Backup turned on, then a lot of the data should be restored -- but that can also depend on if the developers of the apps you installed took advantage of the backup feature for their apps. Not all devs do.

But if your phone is currently working and you want to restore it to the previous day, then there's no easy way to do that -- this isn't Windows.

If you gave us more details about why you want to restore your phone to yesterday, we might be able to give other suggestions.

If you're referring to the way windows kept backups you could restore to, Android is a completely different OS and doesn't do that.
