How can I retrieve my alarm tones that I delete by accident?

I deleted by alarm tones! Help!

I was having trouble with an error message on my S4 unrooted. the solution I found was to clear data for contacts and contacts storage. Unfortunatly, it seems when I did that, my alarm tones were also deleted.

Is there a way I can get them back?

Additionally, my girlfriends S4 alarm is unreliable. Is there a better free app out there? I really dont want to go back to my 1990s desk alarm!

Welcome to the forums. The sounds themselves are gone?

As for a different alarm, try Timely. Free on Play.

Yes. When I attempt to choose an option from the drop down list, it is unpopulated.

Once something is deleted, it is difficult to retrieve. If you have a copy of the file somewhere, copy it and transfer it to your phone.

If they were "stock" tones, a full reset should reinstall them. Remember that this wipes everything else, and resets phone to stock settings....
