Spam Ad Issue

For the last few days, i've been getting the following ad across all my screens.
Spam Ads - 1.jpg

tried both Clean Master and MalwareBytes but no luck. Even tried to opt out, but I was shown a 404 error shown in the image below
Spam Ads - 2.jpg

Any suggestions on how to get rid of it will be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

Re: Spam Ad Issue

It has to be an app. I would suggest a factory reset to clear out any bad app that is causing these issues. Re-install apps slowly (with use in between installs) and see if the problem returns. If it does, then it's likely the last app you installed. That way you know what app is causing the problem and can look for an alternative to that app.

Re: Spam Ad Issue

Before doing a factory reset, try going through your apps(*) and delete any app you don't use or don't recognize. Especially keep in mind which apps you installed before the problem started (some spam apps might be sneaky and wait a while before it starts spamming, so you won't necessarily associate a new install with the spam).

If you look at the installed apps via Google Play, it'll include the app's rating. A low rated app might have reviews that say it's a source of spam.
