How can I run Live (Audio/Video) Streaming App in background ??? Plzzzz HELP . . . .

Hi Guys !!
I am using an App of a News Channel i.e. "TimesNow" ( the very 1st App in search result in Google Play) on my samsung S4 . It streams Live Audio of the TV programmes of the channel. But while listening to the audio stream , the moment I press the 'HOME' button or switch to any other App, the Live Streaming stops. So effectively . . this crap App seems to have been designed for any 20th century mobile device that doesn't support multitasking.This is so irritating , not being able to do anything else while listening to the Audio stream. I wanted it to keep running in the background while I check my mails or chat on whatsapp. Can someone please help me ????????????? Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz guys

Unfortunately the app developer would have to program this in. I would suggest contacting them. Most video apps stop when you exit out (except things like YouTube).
