How can I save a file to Default Notifications?

Hey all,
Im trying to save a file that I saved to my Default Notifications. It works for the Ringtones, I got that, but cant find the file to save it for my email notifications. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central
What e-mail app are you using? Try an app called ES file explorer. When I try to change the notification sound for the e-mail app it shows ES file explorer as an option to find the notification sound's file.

thanks so much for the fast reply.. I got it figured out.
What I did was download an free app, Ringtone Maker, and figured that out, it does work.
